Japanese recording artist nynn is more than a sexy, breathy voice set to hypnotically beautiful electronica. The rhythm and music she chooses set the perfect atmosphere to reflect on her powerful words. Her lyrics are sensual and meaningful, emphasizing that we – as humans – have a basic need to love ourselves first.With a diverse pallet of musical influences, from PJ Harvey to Japanese Folk music, nynn infuses qualities reminiscent of her influences into her techno-based songs. Drawing on inspirations from her favourite books and films, she recreates the emotions and senses she has experienced.nynn’s first European exposure was through her involvement with the world’s first Tenorion band called The Tenorions. The Tenorions toured Germany, Spain, and Portugal and appeared on Spanish national television as well as BBC 4’s Paul O-Grady Show.nynn is currently living in the UK, where she is developing and recording her first solo album titled Las Salinas.
