DANCZILLA, was born in Tyler, TX, the largest city in East Texas. He signed his first record dealas a teenager with Success Entertainment in 1998. He and friend KingDoe formed the duo DRAMMA. Their debut album DRAMMATIZED was also released in 1998. DRAMMA headlined for major artists in the southwest region, appeared in Low Rider Magazine, made radio appearances, and were featured on numerous regional public televised shows. DRAMMA quickly gained notoriety, selling more than 30,000 units in the southwest region in less than a year. The duo was on their way to becoming top selling southern artists. Unfortunately due to poor business management on behalf of Succes Entertainment, the friends went into seperate directions, focusing on solo careers. As a result DANCZILLA reinstated himself as a solo artist releasing 4 mixtapes: Paystyles, Its a Job Not a Hobby, Grind Time, and Born 2 $hine. The compilation of mixtapes sold over 20,000 units hand to hand in the southern region. DANCZILLA's unique style of southern reality rap holds a message that everyone across the map can relate to.
