Klé is an up-and-coming talent with a very unique style. He could be best described as a Donell Jones or J. Holiday type soul singer, but with a delivery incomparable to anyone else. When listening to his music, which the majority of is R&B/Hip-Hop, it is very refreshing to observe his versatility. At one moment he'll be singing a love ballad, then suddenly you'll hear a rapid-fire rap, or a track laced with Dancehall Reggae influences. Not only is he versatile in his styles of music, but also in music all around. He sings, writes, produces, records, and mixes as well. When you take Klé's unique style and versatility, and add it to the passion he puts into his music, you get an artist that is determined to succeed. He has shared the stage and opened for such artists as Tyrese, Vivian Green, Mint Condition, Sam Salter, Jon B., Cam'ron, Noreaga, M.O.P., and N.A.A.M. Brigade. This has helped him get better acquainted with large audiences, and has prepared him to be successful on a national level. The newly released album "Klé: K-L-E" (Nov. 2007) is a very eclectic blend of R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, and Dancehall/Reggae. It includes production from producers who have worked with the likes of Tweet, Petey Pablo, Bonecrusher, Talib Kweli, Dem Franchize Boyz, and Khujo Goodie of The Goodie Mob, The Outlawz, Angie Stone, Lil Scrappy, Bun B, Eightball, Lloyd, Paul Wall, Young Buck, Tech N9ne, and many more...The album features several major collaborations. Virgin/After Platinum artist Bizzy Bone lends a scorching verse to the club banger, “Hatin' On Meâ€, while Jive recording artist Raheem DeVaughn AKA Smokie Temptation adds his sultry vocals to the bedroom anthem, “Slow Loveâ€. R&B star Sam Salter (Hitco South), also spices up the mix with writing and background vocals on the undeniable “The Only Oneâ€. Some other noteables from the album include “Give Me A Tryâ€, which was recorded at the legendary Tuff Gong Studios in Kingston, JA, and the Brian McKnight-esque “Foreverâ€. K-l-e is also performing any chance he gets. Currently, he is seeking to move to the next level in the music industry and obtain a major recording and/or writing contract. Klé will be a star in the music industry. The only question is....When?
