Band Members: Perhaps only one head and several layers of the onion. One burning bush heart and an unfolding soul. Contact/Bookings [email protected]
Influences: My lovely mum Ivy and her two sisters Lilly and Daisy (no wonder I got into psychedelics and flower power) who sang close harmony with my Uncle Arthur on piano. It is only recently that I have fully realised how much their playing had sunk into my young heart and mind.
Also honour to Dick Langford who first showed me how to curl my fingers into chord shapes and also set me on the fingerstyle path. Thank you sir.
Oh yes, Jimi Hendrix did (no apologies for the old fashioned terminology) 'blow my mind' and still inspires me to this day.

Sounds Like: Someone trying to articulate (both in words and sound) how they truly feel, including pain as well as joy. Bewilderment as well as Love, and in the widest deepest sense, in Praise of The Divine. Someone once said that I 'sang like a disenchanted angel' and Nigel Kennedy told me that my voice was 'really pure'. Many years ago, Mickie Most came to see Old School Sky play in Worcester. Apparently he thought we were not commercial enough but was impressed by my singing. I was advised to contact him if I wished to pursue a career but I chose to hold on to my band members and my integrity. Was/Am I a Fool?
