Born by an accident, I feel that in all my life I have been lucky. I don’t have anything to complain about and although as all people I tend to ask for more, I appreciate and am grateful for what I have in life. This statement is primarily focused to the people that form my social surrounding. I had the extreme luck of meeting and befriending the most amazing people. I have lived and learned from them and I consider this the greatest thing I have achieved in my life so far. I have received ample love from multiple angles (family, friends, girlfriends) and I feel that the bitter times of my life have taught me to appreciate it when somebody gives me something positive and to return it tenfold. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - I would characterize myself as being in league with everything good and true, but I understand and respect the utmost value of balance, because there can be no good or evil alone. They need to coexist in order to exist. I laugh a lot and am generally positive. I like music and when I play the drums I feel that I can express myself and my feelings easier than in any other situation. I also write lyrics from time to time. My preferences in music do not fall under a known category, but in what I call useful music. That’s something subjective and it includes music that transmits feelings to me and amplifies my current mood. I never let music create my mood, personality or lifestyle, instead it’s a tool that I use to live more vivid every special moment of my life. For instance I will never act “brutally” (if I don’t feel like it) just because I’m wearing a Mayhem t-shirt or because I’m listening to a Burzum song in a club. Speaking about clubs, I love expressing my feelings while listening to music (dancing, headbanging, etc), but only when I feel like it. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - Among the things that I hate most is discrimination and racism. I find the idea behind it completely absurd and I try to avoid it in EVERY aspect of my life. For me racism is not only applied in nations, religions, colours, etc, but in any social group. For example the idea that people who listen to a specific type of music should be dressed in a certain way, thus anybody who’s dressed as one (a metalhead for instance), is one and should act like one is completely racist for me. I respect every person’s differences, in every section. Be it ideas, views or beliefs. So you’ll never hear from me “Fuck trendies, posers, goths, ‘emos’, gays, women, weaklings” or any other social (or not) group. I see everybody as equal and don’t feel superior (as a human being) to anybody, for no reason. The only thing in which I don’t agree is when somebody is doing something that he/she doesn’t feel like, for other reasons like showing off or trying to pretend something that he/she is not. As long as somebody believes what he/she does, I totally support him/her. “Listen to your heart” describes my philosophy. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - I think that I know my self pretty well (I have learned him through situations and conversations with other people) and I know my flaws. I love games but I can’t stand defeat. I’m stupidly stubborn and vindictive sometimes. I easily lose my patience when I speak to people who think that they are absolutely right and won’t listen to another’s opinion and sometimes I let my anger cloud my judgment. In certain cases I lack the courage to do things and usually I end up regretting for things that I didn’t do. I am lazy and have extremely bad results in things that I don’t like or don’t interest me, but when it comes to things I like, I devote myself completely and achieve great goals. I am working on improving my negative characteristics and hopefully I’ll manage. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ - Concluding I’d like to state that I love challenges and experimentation and I’d love to meet new people with different lifestyles or beliefs but also of course ones with the same interests as me.
