About Me
Born and raised in NORTHERN Minnesota, playing hockey, picking guitar, and raising Christmas trees has driven me to the south to play Rock, Blues, Country, Pop, Polka, Cajun, and any type of music that can put up with me. My perfect-circle of friends, along with my luck-ridden existence is my life-force. My twin boys, along with their mother, occupy my mind eternally. I spent a handful of years in Nashville TN, playing guitar for folks like: Ken McMahan, Dan Baird, Tommy Wommack, Kyle Frederick, Lee Clayton, Chris DiCroce, Michael Romanowski, Harmonica Red, Big Al & The Heavyweights, as well as countless studio sessions with names I've forgotten, and some I haven't, but would like to. Traveled the world on other peoples dime...and appreciated every moment! Tip for world travelers...go to as many museums and galleries as possible. The influence is priceless. Currently, I'm lucky enough to play with some of the greatest musicians on the planet...Andy Brown, Charlie Bock, Paul Culligan, Peter Searcy, Nick Peay, Scott "OG" Lankford, Adam Lowey, Jenny Bryant, Johnny Berry, Steve Cooley, Warren Ray, Jeff McAllister, Jimmy Brown, Jimmy Gardner, Jimmy Schweickart, Craig Ligman...and so on and so forth. I enjoy learning something from each of them...and if I can't learn anything from them...then I must not be listening!
