I am a high school English teacher in the beautiful pine forests of south Jersey. When I am not teaching, reading for fun, and eating yummy things, I am running this super cute do-it-yourself crafty type store. I like to think that I have my hands in just about any kind of craft there is- it is a huge stress reliever ; ) I sew, spin yarn, decoupage, resin cast, paint, upholster, and make some mixed media art. Right now I am really inspired by southern things like banjos, browns/greens/plaids, thin mustaches, moonshine jugs, accordions, and old time blues and jazz music.
Besides crafting, I like to travel and go to craft shows. I really like the camaraderie and good times that go along with participating in a good alt craft show.
