How'd Everybody Get In My Livingroom?

About Me

This is something that someone else should fill out for me...First off...I am a workaholic. I enjoy work and the people I work with...usually. I have been in the nightclub/service indusrty since 1988.But on to the fluff: I would have to say that I am kind and compassionate with a wicked sense of humor. I usually seem to enjoy the little things in life. I love to travel. I enjoy the outdoors when it is not over 100 degrees. I love to cook (barbecue anyone?). I seem to be obsessed with do it yourself projects around the house (except I hate to paint).

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

A priority would be looking to increase my circle of FRIENDS. You can never have enough of them. I cherish the ones I have look forward to the ones I will meet. Gathering for a good movie, a cook out, or a game of cards sounds alright by me.

Music:

I enjoy vocal house, old lounge, jazz and rock. Right now Ultra Lounge, Organs in Orbit is on my MP3 playlist.

Movies:

Have there been any good ones lately?

Television:

I am addicted to Lost...I love shows that actually make you think. On that note, I cannot miss an episode of The Daily Show; you can think and pee in your pants with laughter. Jon Stewart rocks.

Books:

I never learned how to read.....so anything with pictures.

Heroes:

My Parents

The Second Hand

Sorry for the time that has passed since the last post. We had to deal with our own little storm (more on that later). The last post dealt with the first day that I volunteered at the "Reliant City". ...

Lending a Hand, Part One

I have never been a big advocate of volunteering...especially for disaster relief. Until now. I think it hit me when I was watching the news on Wednesday night. I saw images of people about to be turn...
