I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm just another piano professor who loves being up on stage performing. Being at one with the music you're performing and communicating to an audience is the greatest high you can get. At least I think so. Even though I perform and teach classical music, I don't consider myself a musical snob at all. I think great music comes in all packages and most of the time I'm probably listening to Jimi Hendrix or the Beatles while I'm driving to work. A new favorite is Amy Winehouse. It's hard to write about yourself but I guess I would consider myself pretty laid back and love eating out with friends and making new ones. I love traveling, learning new things (Spanish is the latest project), playing golf (have a brother-in-law who was a PGA pro so I can get pointers from him), playing piano (of course), and reading. Used to weigh around 165 but no more!! The age of 30 hit. :-( Anyway I'm back in the gym with a personal trainer and hope to get back where I want to be and even see some muscle!!!! I'm not very dramatic and don't really like to be around those who consistently are. I enjoy drama from a seat at the movies, not in my life.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I guess a lot of great musicians would top my list. People like Yo-Yo Ma, Renee Fleming, Claudio Abbado, Maurizio Pollini, etc. Also Lenny Kravitz, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, and David Gilmour. Also, ever since the movie came out, I think it would be pretty cool to meet the Queen of England.

A man once had a dream.  The setting sun transforms patterns on walls into shifting rays of colors, mixing with the ever growing cooling of evening. One large orb, created from rapidly changing h...

JUST SAY NO !!!!

Do you ever find yourself unable to say no?  It's a simple word, only two letters, but if you're like me, it can be hard to say. Case in point, my upcoming weekend.  Supposed to go to a conf...
