So Music Tec brought us together, creating a mass discovery of a new phenomenon (to us, anyway) called Electro music. And so, Alex Kostiw and Fred Slaughter tried it out, at first on their own in solo projects. But one day, they decided to join forces and create a noise so profound, they called themselves Chemikal Recipe!
And lo, after a 24 hour electronic binge consisting of synthesisers and basses and abletons and the consumption of far too much alcohol, they rose from the pit of the bedroom cooking pot [see what i did there, Chemikal Recipe, eh?!] with two songs and the confirmation that they were on the verge of something truly beautiful: combining Alex's knowledge of computer programs and buttons and Fred's musical quality and synthy noodlings, it is something fanatastic and rare to behold.
And brandishing our trademark tech spex, even live shows will surely be around the corner!
