Rollover kills teen, injures 4 others
Minivan rolled at least twice after overcorrection

An Arizona teen was killed and five others were taken to Medical Center Hospital after the minivan they were riding in rolled over Monday on Interstate 20 west of Odessa near mile marker 110.
Dashawn Brown, 16, of Arizona, was pronounced dead at Medical Center Hospital, and a 10-year-old male was transported to Lubbocks University Medical Center in critical condition from head injuries.
Kashawn Brown, 16, was also listed in critical condition at Medical Center Hospital.
Department of Public Safety officials would not release the 10-year-olds name.
Three adults, John Earl Brown, 44, of Mesa, Ariz.; Janice Marie Brown, 29, of Tempe, Ariz.; and Lakisha Brown, 21, were all listed in stable condition at Medical Center Hospital.
The group was driving westbound on Interstate 20 when their minivan, a Ford Freestar, veered off to the right, according to Department of Public Safety Trooper Ronald Welch.
The driver, John Earl Brown, overcorrected, sending the vehicle into the center median and eastbound lanes, narrowly missing other cars. The minivan then rolled at least twice and came to a rest in the center median facing east, Welch said.
At one point, eastbound traffic was backed up for more than a mile as troopers cleared the highway of luggage and debris.
Mike Eubanks, 48, of Monahans, said he stopped along the eastbound shoulder of the highway after he saw the wreck.
I just saw the dirt fly so I stopped on the side of the road, he said.
He said the three children were all outside the car when he found them.
I saw three kids laying in the middle of the road, he said. I went to see if they were OK, and then I came back to see if I had some rags or something to cover them up or stop the bleeding. I got sick when I got back to the truck.
Dashawn Brown was taken by helicopter to Medical Center. The other four were taken by ambulance.
