I have an amazing boyfriend who can be quite an ass, but always knows how to surprise and impress me. He's a great addition to my life. And sometimes seems like my second child...as men usually do.
I am in my fourth year at UTEP as a Creative Writing major with a minor in English and American Literature. I waited over 4 years to go to college and it was well worth it because I do it because I want to and not because I feel I have to, so I actually care about my grades and work extremely hard to maintain them. But at least the schoolwork keeps me busy and even gives me a break from 24/7 mom duty. I'll be graduating hopefully Dec 2010 or May 2011 at the latest. Then...graduate school? Maybe.
My life is writing. If I didn't have a my laptop or a blank notebook in front of me I don't know what I'd do with myself. I'm am a Creative Writing major for a reason. I'm working on several writing projects, but writer's block really sucks. And I spend a lot of time helping other people reach their dreams, because everyone deserves their chance, yet not everyone has as much time as I might have to reach mine.
Right now I've been spending a lot of time reading. I never liked it at all when I was younger and yet now I can't seem to stop. I constantly get picked on for my "book is better than the movie" comments even if they are true. And I just really need the break from reality lately. I can recommend quite a few. And I take recommendations too.
