Your thoughts become your words
Your words become your actions
Your actions become your habits
Your habits become your values
Your values become your destiny"

Granddaughter, 1 year old, never met her. Maybe someday.
~Once upon a time I truly measured success by the thickness of a man’s wallet. It was volume and quantity that counted. Indeed it was what I strived for. Yet it can all be taken away in an instant... and it was. But one thing is for sure. Blessings in disguise are real. It took the loss of nearly every physical possession, complete loss self esteem, and being recognized as having a disability by an agency of the United Sates Government to realize something far more important. It took a while, but the fallacy of the axiom “volume and quantity†has become clearer to me over the years.
~Lie to yourself and others, behave fraudulently and manipulatively, demonstrate character of a common thief and it will bite you in the ass every time.
What goes around comes around?
January 9th 2008, a date that indeed has different meanings to me.
It has different meanings to those I love. Yet, a completely different meaning to somebody I have no respect for at all.
But for one particular woman…and I use the term loosely…what went around, came around.
I’m sleeping very well, thank you.
