My Interests

My interests list is endless. Some are generic: Literature, History, Philosophy, Music. I am what colleges define as "intellectually curious", meaning I pretty much want to know everything. If you have something to add to my knowledge bank please, feel free to do so, I especially love eclectic stories

I'd like to meet:

Actually, if I had to pick anyone, I'd like to meet Hitler. If I chatted with someone I admire, my perception of them would be ruined by their bad, or at least human, personalities. I like to revere Tchaikovsky and Chehov as gods in my mind, and I wouldn't want to ruin the dream. Hitler, on the other hand... I'd love to have a chat and see if we could work out some of his issues.

Music:

I go through phases with music with each changing of the moon. Currently I am a proponent of Russian Romances, but I retain affectionate feelings for my past loves in Classical, Rock, and other genres.

Movies:

I like all kinds of movies, but my favorites would have to be movies like "Life is Beautiful" and 'Before Sunrise." I like movies that look like they were or should have been books, ones that have one central idea that they want to convey.

Books:

I live for novels, and I live in them. My main problem in life stems from my desire to be a narrator rather than a character. In terms of favorites, I have many, but certainly the love of my life and fire of my loins is "Lolita."

Heroes:

I have plenty of heroes, some of which I see everyday, some of which have been dead for a very long time, all of which I'd love to meet.
