Ithil Morwen is a music project based on songs created in pure inspiration moments, especially in situations of strong feelings caused by the power of Nature. Night, coldness, magic and ancient Gods are the main topics.
Ithil Morwen chose this nickname because of its meaning in elfish language from Lord Of The Rings. Her first nickname was only “Morwen”, meaning “dark lady”, but she soon added “Ithil”, meaning “Moon”, because of her love for the night. She used this nickname for the first time in her collaboration with Sytry, a Black Metal band formed in 2004 by her dearest friends.
So far she released 3 demos: "Gaia", "My oneiric world" and "The forest". She's now working on some ideas for her 4th demo. Her songs are dedicated to all those who still believe in paganism, witchcraft and shamanism and for this reason fight against monotheism.
