He is on a transplant list awaiting a potential donor heart. Matt has devoted his life to helping those less fortunate, the Developmental Disabled. Now he needs help with his mounting medical bills, medications, post transplant recovery, transportation, and living expenses. Local benefits are being organized on his behalf.
