A Native of Maryland Lorena began working in the Make-up Industry in the early 1990's. Under the tutelage of such renowned Make-up artist and instructors as Reggie wells, Sam Fine, Kym Lee, Danessa Myricks and Derrick Rutledge, she Graduated from Bennett Career Institue and obtained her Make-up Artisty license from the Maryland State Board of Cosmetology.

In April 2007, she was the recipient of Bennett Career Institute Make-up Artist of the year Award. Lorena is currently under contract with both her agent, Richard Pelzer II, MEGA Management, Inc in New York and fashion Icon Glynn Jackson ( Glynn Jackson the Modeling Agency). Recently lorena worked with the celebrity styling team OUTER SKINZ Image Group as a Make-up Artist under celebrity Make-up Artist Kym Lee.
Lorena continues to build a strong clientele, providing her artistry and consultant services for wedding parties, proms, graduations and special events in Washington, DC, New York and Los Angeles. She has provided her makeup expertise to the entertainment industry in the form of commerical print, runway, music, stage and literature. In 2007, Lorena was the primary make-up artist for a cover shoot in Fitness Magazine as well as makeup artist for the photo journal RAIN, LOVE Poems & Portraits, authored by BET execuitive Lilian Blankson. Her brushes with fame include BET executive, author "Gems for the ) Elder Vikki Johnson; "America's Next Top Model" Jade Cole (Flaunt Celebrity Fashion Show, 2007); and Gospel Singer Robin "Sugar" Williams.
