First off my favorite band is Thrice!! I have yet to find a song I do not like from them. Some other bands i love and listen to are... Radiohead, Muse, Tool, Thursday, Green Day, Strike Anywhere, Deviates, Good Ridance, Anti-Flag, NOFX, A Perfect Circle, X-Japan, Avenged Sevenfold, The Killers, The Mars Volta, Iron Maiden, Bush, Story of the Year, Pennywise, System of a Down, The Used, and Im gonna stop here cuz theres too many to name. I also like trance everyonce in a while as well as freestyle(i mean K7 freestyle) as well.awesome acoustic versian of an already amazing song.Awesomeness to the fucking extreme.

Movies:

the goonies, donnie darko, the fifth element, the professional, the lord of the rings 1, 2, and 3. star wars 4,5,6. fight club, snatch, lock stock and 2 smoking barrels, mean machine, pan's labyrinth, american history x, the blood of heroes, boondock saints, serenity, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, pi, requim for a dream, children of men and the last samurai.
