About Me

How should I describe myself? An inperfect simulacrum, to be sure, but let me try...intellengent, thoughtful, kind, pensive, sometimes given to introspection, enjoy the company of others but never dependent on them, enjoy the laughter of children and the smiles of the old, the kindness of strangers seen when no one else is watching, a fighter when necessary, a bully to none. I reach for bigger and better things, but never on the backs of others. I infuriate people, I make others think, I create a sense of being better in life for having known each other. I have been in relationships, I have been out of relationships, and I seek people who interest themselves sufficiently to seek the same in return. They are cruel...but I am kind.

Changing the world

Archimedes knew that we would always find our way here...a question, simply asked, with profound ramification for man, beast and existence all.  The question: What single thing do you think you w...

Kindness

Kindness is perhaps the construct of man, a self-preservation instinct that we feel towards others of the species, or perhaps a simple desire not to be eaten by the bigger and the stronger. Have you b...

Is intelligence dead?

The more I interact with others, the more I find that people no longer relish in the cerebral, in knowledge for its own sake.  Think of the last conversation you had that was "deep", if you would...
