Bridie Jackson

About Me

Described by the Crack magazine as "a powerful performer with an otherwordly voice" Bridie Jackson has been singing and playing classical guitar since the age of five.

Bridie’s childhood was spent traveling around Europe, and this lead to the discovery of Fado, an emotive and theatrical Portuguese Flamenco/Jazz tradition that later became an important influence in her music and performance style.
Bridie has supported an eclectic mix of Musicians, including Nick Harper, Viking Moses, Chango Spasiuk, Matt Costa, Alisdaie Roberts and most recently, Karima Francis.
Bridie Jackson is signed to Urban and Eastern Records and her first E.P, Prolong, is available to buy on her website, www.bridiejackson.com
