.. Born and bread in Soweto and can honestly come to say this is where i came to know about this melting pot we call life.And it was from there that i decided to live it in a particular way.It was with no coincidence that music found me whilst living here or was it i found it whilst there.Besides this dilemma there wasnt a particular fascination with any one element about djing but rather that i was purely blown away by the music.My fascination was groomed by the likes of Ganyani,Vinni,Christos,Osikdo and the many mixtapes that made the rounds in the hood.But ultimately i would bit the bullet without hesitation and would i be met by a world of fascination,whilst studying at UCT came a stint on UCT Radio proved to be the plunge i needed.With that not being enough the bug sent me to Pretoria where i start doing my rounds with the Studentvillage brands in Pretoria,working alongside industry players whom i took more from than they cared to give.The guys from LSE offered an opportunity to move within the Jo'burg circles,Barcode,Lingo's lounge,Horror cafe,White house where some of the destinations i came to move through on my journey into the unknown.But this all culminated in my chance of moving to London in 2004.It was in London where i was fortunate to forge a working relationsip with Mo-Laudi and The Shrink-Levi,and with Selekta and the ever impressive Kinetic P,who allowed me to grow as a professional,at the now defunct Bar Li Lo in Russel sqaure where i was a resident,to Slicks infamous boat parties on the Thames.As if things couldnt be better began work with High Tea and the multi talented Jonathan George for 'Deeper' and Troubles loft which added a truely deeper side to things.Began visiting the routes in rhythm parties hosted by Matt Hayes only to be invited to play along side this truely soulful icon.Yet in all this there had always been a knowing that there was more to come.Between all this was able to secure guest appearances on Groove House sessions where my versitality was heard through one mic.Between all this i have always remained true in my belief that its the music that i will trust and it is in i God will thank. ..
