(The economic and research council)Nic's storyAfter 17 years of all contact being denied Nic had only 3 sketchy photos of his daughter obtained when she was 5 years old. They were re-united in 2003 when his daughter reached her 18th birthday - it was an emotional event for both of them. She had lived her entire life unaware Nic was her father and with no knowledge of 4 siblings and 2 grandparents.
