About Me

I’m a writer based in Sydney Australia. I was happily going about my life until late in 2005 when my agent in New York gave me the opportunity to pitch a book about MySpace to John Wiley and Sons - yes the same Wiley that publishes the Dummies guides.

Obviously, this was an opportunity of a lifetime, so I promptly put together a proposal, and before I knew it, I had a contract to write Hacking MySpace: Mods and customizations to make MySpace your space

The book is designed to give novices an understanding of HTML and CSS, and some step-by-step guides on how to use these to completely customize their profile.

So right now I’m trying to meet an impossible deadline! Feel free to drop me a note, or to add me as your friend.

Interests

What, with this book, a six-month-old baby, and a real job, you think I have time for interests? At the moment I’m very busy, but when this book is finished I’m looking forward to spending more time with my adorable daughter, Grace, and my equally adorable wife, Rocio.

Well, OK, you probably don’t know me. I’ve written a number of books here in Australia, including How to buy a computer (that went through four editions), How to get more from your computer, and How to start a small business in the real world.
