About Me

.. real editor best profile tools real editor best profile tools
..I was born and raised on the prarie on the outskirts of Santa Fe, New Mexico. From infancy I have been obsessed with music. I was raised on Country and Western music. I can recall many days listening to my Dad sing with the radio as he worked. On Christmas of 1975, I was surprised to find a "Kiwi" acoustic classical guitar beside the tree. I've been playing ever since. In February of 2004, I accepted the gift my savior Jesus Christ gave to me 2000 years before. I went through a very confusing musical period, releasing the old and being filled with the annointed sounds of the glory of God. I now almost exclusively listen to Christian Rock music. I have been writing music since 1993. The songs have been coming much faster and stronger since my salvation; like a flood gate relieved. I love to feel the Lord speak to me through the songs he places in my heart. It's the biggest rush I've ever expierenced. ~~~~~~~~~~~~I hope you enjoy the tracks as much as I've enjoyed making them.........

Influences: .. I played country music until high school then began to branch out in to the rock genre. When I was 18 I was introduced to the folk rock of the 1960's and 1970's. It was in this era of music I found my greatest influences. The music to me was full of powerful stories of social conscious and cleaver word play. Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Donovan, Jim Croce, The Mama's and the Papas, Richie Havens, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Steve Goodwin . . . the list could go on and on.I now listen to almost exclusively all Christian music from artsist such as; Jars of Clay, Third Day, Mercy Me, Casting Crowns, Building 429, Tree 63, Rita Springer, Ricardo, Warren Barfield, Aaron Shust, Matthew West, Monk & Neagle, Brandon Heath, Hillsong, Skillet, Switchfoot, . . . .....
Sounds Like: A little like Jars of Clay with Reno and Smiley :)
Record Label: unsigned
Type of Label: Indie
