I'm a former deejay of the 80s-90s. I was in radio in the 80's in North Carolina and Michigan. I left the radio industry because the market was falling. Radio is a tough industry to be in.
I'm a fan of older bands such as, Little River Band, House of Lords, Harem Scarem, Bonfire, Helloween, HammerFall, WASP, Hardline, Doro Pesch, Bang Tango, Danger Danger, The Cult, 21 Guns and XYZ. I like newer bands such as, Buckcherry, Hinder, Nickelback, Doughtry, and Shinedown and more.
There are lot of local bands and musicians that have lot of talent and would be an asset to the music industry. Bands like No Justus, Livy High, Soul Circus, Voyeur, Rainline, Trisha D Project, Dismantle, Ugly, The Unheard, Washed, Heaven's Wish and many more.
