Yes I like television, When I want a bit of escapism and don't have time for a film or to get in to a book it's there. I don't think there is anything wrong with TV the standard of acting is very high in series such as Band of Brothers etc. I just don't like reality TV, and the lies the media feed us, if I see something that raises my attention I then go and research it. The following is some of the programs I have watched over the years.
* Buffy the Vampire slayer
* Angel
* Charmed
* SG-1
* SG Atlantis
* Babylon5
* Will and Grace (Karen and Jack)
* Prison Break
* Sex in the City
* Farscape
* Family Guy
* Futurama
* Neverwhere
* Red Dwarf
* Battlestar Galactica
* American Gothic

* Stephen Poliakoff's The Tribe
* Shooting the Past
* Penn & Teller
* 3rd Rock from the Sun
* Blackadder
* Absolutely Fabulous
* Waking the Dead
* Spooks
* Formula 1
* The League of Gentlemen
* Little Britain
I try and read books but as I am dyslexic I have a lot of trouble getting in to them, I know I miss out on a lot because of this but comics of all various forms are something I can really enjoy.
Harry Potter (as this series of books has helped me with my dyslexia) anything by Neil Gaiman* Rumiko Takahashi’s Mermaid Saga* Battle Angel Alita* The Legend of Mother Sarah* and other Manga and Dark horse comics etc, etc...

I look at heroes as people who help me to look at the world around me and understand why things happen the way they do…
* Diana Fosse, savior of the Mountain Gorilla. Fosse, who with a background in physical therapy, left her home, life and fiancée to perform a census of mountain gorillas for The Leakey Foundation, turned her life into a crusade to both alter mankind's perception of the gorilla and save the species from mankind (in the form of poachers) as well. I hope I have half the compassion she had.
* An amazing woman called Thabitha Khumalo, (a courageous mother-of-two from Bulawayo, who has been arrested 22 times. Her crime: campaigning against a critical shortage of tampons and sanitary towels caused by Zimbabwe’s economic crisis, forcing women to use newspaper, which often leads to infection. On one occasion, Thabitha was tortured so badly that her front teeth were knocked up her nose; on another, she had an AK-47 thrust up her vagina until she bled.) She won woman of the year 2006. If the world had even a tenth of her strength, we would truly achieve greatness.
* My husband my rock, my strength, my soul-mate
* My children for teaching me to look at the world through new eyes.
