I am proud to be a Born Again Christian. I asked the Lord to come into my heart in 1982. I was doing really good for awile. I stayed on the straight and Christian arrow. So to speak. Well, the Devil really came after me and seduced me. I regected him for about 5 years and then it started happening. It started with a little of this and a little of that. It was okay the Devil said, a little earthly fun is alright. Lo and behold 20 years later I found myself in spiritual ruins. The Devil had me convinced that I could do it on my own and that religious stuff was just for weak people. It was on a Saturday night that I had planned a way of ending my life. I could not handle this world any longer. That is when I was channel surfing and stopped on one of those preachers that just wanted my money. It was Joel Osteen. God spoke to me through him that night! He told me how I was feeling! Right down to"Don't do it"! God loves you so much! I gave my whole life to God that night. I now talk to God and also listen to him. I am no longer a casual Christian anymore. I know that Jesus died on that cross, so I may be forgiven. Thank you God for saving my life and my salvation!
