This up and coming, young rapper, Ro short for Rodel has been on his grind for a while and it looks like it’s finally paying off. This 80’s baby, born in January of 1987, represents Hollywood, Florida. He’s lived in Hollywood most of his life, but spent time briefly in Orlando. Now he’s back to South Florida to show the world what he’s got. Ro’s desire for music stemmed at a young age. He’s been writing and self-producing since about the age of seven. To this day he still writes and produces, not only for himself, but for other local up and coming artists trying to break through in this rough industry. He’s been surrounded by music all his life, especially from his father’s side of the family. As an adolescent he started using music as a way of ventilation. A way to express certain feelings and thoughts, and still continues to do so today. Some of his influences are UGK, Bone Thugs N Harmony, the original Cash Money Billionaires, and the original No Limit Soldiers just to name a few.
