Hello people! I'm Joey, welcome to my MySpace. I've been playing the saxophone for about 13-14 years now and I've come to the point where I fall more into the category of "Smooth Jazz." Throughout my years of playing my horn, I was able to perform with numerous musicians, vocalist and bands. I love collaborating with people it's what keeps me going as well. I developed my saxophone playing and keyboard playing throughout school (Zamorano, SCPA, and SDSU) and mainly playing with the church I have been attending all my life (People's Church San Diego). Through all the early morning rehearsals and late night as well, I've learned that practicing just about everyday is very important if you want to make it in the music business.
