About Me

CHIEFLY was a post-post-indie rock and pop outfit, led by Greg Dember, that lived from 2004-2007.
Chiefly produced one full-length CD, "Planets Of Plenty", which is available for purchase here at this link.
Or you can purchase individual song downloads on ITunes. Just search for CHIEFLY..
Now Greg is performing and recording just under his own name and he has a new Myspace Page! The Music of Greg Dember
Here is a review of Chiefly's album, Planets of Plenty in Seattle Sound, a print magazine:
Much like the smell of the first day of Spring, CHIEFLY has been known to cause vague memories to resurface. With PLANETS OF PLENTY, the band makes a strong debut with haunting melodies and sentimental chord progressions. Greg Dember sings with the clarity of an actor, so when he's just a little too clever ("You had a double Sunday/It felt much more like Monday") or a little too simplistic (" 'Of course I remember you', she said/Her words I read and I got in bed"), you notice. All in all, Chiefly creates a delightful, if nostalgic, presence --- Seattle Sound Magazine
