About Me

North by Northwestern Arts Festival started in 2007, it celebrates the various creative circles working in and around Wigan, and further afield.NXNW 2009 has just finished! Thanks to everyone who contributed or attended our biggest and most successful festival yet! 2010 prep is already beginning!
