We specialize in importing japanese specialty motors, high performance auto parts and extreme motorsport apperal. The Dori Shop's number one goal is customer service. Every customer is our number 1 customer. We are dedicated to making sure that every client is informed on backorder parts, shipping times and parts stocked. All motors are fully inspected upon arrival then cleaned upon approval of quality and pepared for shipment. We are real authorized dealers for a wide range of companies from names such as AME wheels, Endless, Megan Racing, JIC Magic, KAAZ, ACT, Tial, Garrett Turbo, Bride and many more coming soon. The majority of our business is focused around drifting. Dori is the japanese name for drift. For those of you who may not know what drifting is, I have a brief explanation for you along with plenty of videos below to help out. Drifting is an extreme style of motorsport art in which a driver maneuvers a rear wheel drive car through a group of corners. The art of drifting started about 17 years ago on the winding mountain roads of Japan, when some young drivers just wanted to have fun with driving. Drifting didn't become an organized motorsport until 2000 when Option Magazine held the first ever D1 Grand Prix in Japan. Then in 2003 the D1GP came to Irwindale Speedway in Southern California. Since then drifting has exploded into a major motorsport worldwide and continues to grow. The Dori Shop is a company that is dedicated to supporting the extreme motorsport lifestyle through local and national events and their drivers. Check back often for sales and updates on the shop.
