Blacks. But, typically, I'm more of the sort of highly-acclaimed personality that doesn't 'meet' other people, as that would suggest an element of deliberate effort on my part. Rather, I am of the opinion that other, lesser people meet me. This concept is further strengthened by the preposterous magnitude of my 'friends' list, comprising a majority of attention-seeking libertines, who utilise MySpace solely as an epicurean tool for gormandising their personal reverence dreamscapes, and therefore lack the amenities to converse with their affiliates. Fortunately, I also have many far superior friends, whose flaws are outweighed by my perfection. The populace of the supervenient list could certainly have been considered friends of mine. Unfortunately, the list was destroyed and will never be seen again. Its annihilation was excrutiating, but on reflection I determined that all life is meaningless, and that my emotional response to its departure was undermined by the futility of civilisation. In a world where it has now become both commonplace and acceptable that a band should be so terrible (CO*nickelback*UGH) that a fat teenager in New Jersey should be allowed to talk derogatively about their problems, the idea that one picayune faction of superincumbent mortals could be predominant is simply ridiculous. In other words, humanity is doomed to become pretentious, hypocritcal, and egotistical - a lot like it is now, but with worse taste in music. Michael J Fox.

I don't have a favourite band, but my favourite CDs are 'Silent Alarm' by Bloc Party ('A Weekend In The City' fucking owns as well), 'Room On Fire' by The Strokes, 'Singles: New Order', 'Redefine' by Soil, 'This Is It...The Best Of Faith No More', and 'Hatful Of Hollow' by The Smiths. There are plenty of other bands I like, but far too many to list here. I have also been pleasantly surprised by My Chemical Romance's 'Black Parade' album, after their cringeworthy second offering which was too awful to describe. Seems like the hype was justified, after all. Also, check out my music page . There's no music on it yet, but I've been composing a lot of tunes and writing some decent lyrics, so if I can get my voice sorted and find some decent software (or some willing instrumentalists), I'll be the fucking shit in no time.
I love The Ring. It's probably the only brilliant Hollywood remake of a Japanese horror movie. I also like Team America, Shaun Of The Dead, and Dumb And Dumber. I would also recommend Arlington Road, one of the best and most underrated thrillers I've ever seen. But my favourite film might well be Infernal Affairs. Or Scorsese's remake, The Departed. I can't really decide which I prefer.
Despite its over-exposure and ridiculous consistency for repeats, I can't help but love The Simpsons. At its best, it buries all other programs, be they comedy or otherwise. If there is an exception to the rule, however, it's Little Britain. The second series, despite lacking the wit of its predecessor, is absolutely priceless. Other favourites include The Mighty Boosh, KYTV, and Father Ted.
I don't read many books, but I do read The Beano. True to say it's lost its touch slightly over the last several years, but I'm hoping that it will retain some of its momentum sooner rather than later.
None - I am disgusted by people. In fact, in my humble and infallible opinion, I myself am a hero unto others. So, therefore, I have no heroes. Bill Hicks is my hero. I have no other heroes. Bill Hicks II is my other hero. I ha-DOUBLEBLUFFSEEYOULATERMATE.
