About Me

I was born in Croatia, but lived all my life in Belgrade, Yugoslavia (Serbia), where I received my violin performance degree from the School of Music, Belgrade University of Arts. Later I also received Master of Music degree in orchestral conducting from Georgia State University in Atlanta and am currently working on my doctorate degree in conducting at University of Georgia. I conduct University Philharmonia and act as assistant conductor for UGA Symphony Orchestra. I am a member of several groups in Atlanta area- New Trinity Baroque, New Atlanta Philharmonic, Gwinett Ballet Orchestra, Rome Symphony Orchestra among others. Before I moved to the United States (in 2001), I was the Assistant Concertmistress of Radio Television of Serbia Symphony Orchestra, the Associate Artistic Director of Ensemble of the Studio for Early Music, and a member of Ensemble Renaissance and Orchestra of the National Theatre (Belgrade,Serbia). I recorded several CDs and videos.
