Doutores do Rock

A banda iniciou quando os colegas João Pedro ( guitarra e vocal) e Felipe Wagner ( baixo) decidiram formar uma banda na Faculdade de Medicina em 2001. O objetivo era tocar musicas Cover, mas com o tempo, musicas próprias foram se adicionando ao repertório. A banda completou-se com a entrada de Gulherme Matos ( guitarra), ex colega de colégio de João Pedro, e com Dudu Vianna ( bateria), dono do estúdio onde a banda costumava ensaiar ( Studio K9). O grupo passou a trabalhar em cima das musicas compostas , enviando-as para uma serie de festivais como Rock”n Halls, Coca Cola Rock Festival e Good Music Rock Festival. Tocaram em algumas festas da faculdade de Medicina, mas acabou perdendo força quando Felipe e Guilherme Matos iniciaram residência em 2006. Dudu Vianna continuou com seu projeto com outra banda Carro Forte que lançou CD produzido por Juliano Kunrath. Em 2007, João Pedro e Guilherme decidem voltar a ativa e contratam os renomados produtores Vini Tonello ( produtor de Reação em Cadeia, Rosa Tatoada e Bidê ou Balde) e Leonardo Brunelli ( musico formado pela GIT em Los Angeles) para gravação de um CD no estudio Casa Elétrica . O Cd, é composto de canções com influecia de The who, Los Hermanos e The Clash. Conta com a participação de Paulo Arcari na Bateria ( ex -TNT e Frank Solari), Luciano Albo no Baixo ( Ex-Cascaveletes e atual Fernando Noronha e Black Soul) e Vini Tonello nos teclados. The objective was play Covers, but with time, proper musicas they had been if adding to the repertoire. The band completed itself with the entrance of Gulherme Matos (guitar), former colleague at scholl of João Peter, and with Dudu Vianna (Drums), owner of the studio where the band used to play (Studio K9). The group started to work and sent their music for a serie of local festivals like Rock"n Halls, Coke Rock Festival and Good Music Rock Festival. They had played in some parties at college, but the group losed force when Felipe and Guilherme Matos had finished the college and had initiated residence in 2006. Dudu Vianna continued with its project with another band Carro Forte that launched COMPACT DISC produced for Juliano Kunrath. In this periodo João Pedro continued composing and in 2007, invited Guillerme to record a COMPACT DISC with the production of the local famous producers Vini Tonello (producing of many famous local bands) and Leonardo Brunelli (music formed for the GIT in Los Angeles) in their Studio Casa Eletrica . The Compact disc, that this in final phase of production, is composed of songs with the influences of The who, Los Hermanos and The Clash. Account with the participation of Paulo Arcari in the Drums (former - TNT and Frank Solari), Luciano Albo in the Bass (Ex-Cascaveletes and current Fernando Noronha and Black Soul) and Vini Tonello in the keyboards. The band launches its first Compact disc with name of Doutores do Rock.
