Abortion is the gruesome premature removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus. There are many types of abortion and the method used all depends on what stage of pregnancy the woman is in. In the first trimester of pregnancy the most common forms of abortions are the the abortion pill. As well as the suction method abortion. The pill is affective in terminating a pregnancy up to 49 days after the beginning of the last menstrual cycle. It blocks a hormone required to sustain a pregnancy. When followed two days later by another medicine, misoprostol, to induce contractions, the pregnancy is terminated. Unfortunately there has been many deaths because of this (abortion pill). Most of them are young healthy woman. For example there is the case of Holly who was just 18 years old when she decided to take this pill. So as you can clearly see this pill is not only responsible for the death of innocent babies but in some cases have also taken the mothers life as well. Another form of abortion is salt poisoning this procedure is when a long needle injects a strong salt solution through the mother's abdomen into the baby's sac. The baby swallows this fluid and is poisoned by it. It normally takes somewhat over an hour for the baby to die from this. Within 24 hours, labor will usually set in and the mother will give birth to a dead or dying baby. However in a overwhelming number of cases the baby is born alive but this doesn't stop the abortionist from still killing the baby. In most cases the baby is just left somewhere in the corner to die a very slow death. So you can see that the facts speak for themselves. Not only does abortion kill an innocent baby and puts the mother at risk, it is also done in the most cruel and inhumane ways imaginable.
