The biggest difference between a runner and a couch potato is that first step.

About Me

I run. I work. I enjoy. In my spare time I am a marathon coach for Team In Training. Come out and run with us.
"Hide not your talents, they for use were made. What's a sun-dial in the shade?" -- Benjamin Franklin

My Interests

Music, food, friends, running and being outdoors...basically all forms of entertainment.

I'd like to meet:

Everyone at least once.

Music:

My most consistent favorites are Ben Harper, Johnny Cash, Muse, Radiohead, Clapton, Rolling Stones, Otis Redding, The Allman Brothers Band, Bright Eyes, Ray LaMontagne, Beatles, Bad Religion, SRV, Santana, Tool, B.B. King, Willie Nelson, CCR, old Pearl Jam, The Band, Jethro Tull, Stevie Wonder, Janis...too many to list really. Big fan of mellow music and stuff that has character. The only thing I can't get behind is 80's music.

Movies:

The Big Lebowski, Swingers, Tombstone, Million Dollar Baby, etc.

Television:

Take it or leave it.

Books:

Roots, Catcher in the Rye, The Sun Also Rises, Kite Runner, Night, Man Without A Country, If it ain't broke...break it

Heroes:

Everyone has a little bit of 'hero' in them...sometimes it's just under the surface.

My Blog
