Big,Welsh,Instigator,Party Animal and all round Loon!
I started Djing around 90-91 when the hardcore scene was still massive, started on funky uplifting house then discovered hardcore and techno. I quickly progressed to the harder side of things playing hard techno and gabba for quite some time(after all i did grow up listening to heavy metal and rock music) with sets that would start at about 180 bpm and sometimes end at 300+, proper stomping tunes. I also played bass guitar for 7 years before i stared Djing playing in various rock+blues bands in my local area and later whilst living in London went back to college and gained my NVQ level 2 in studio recording engineering.
A short while after moving to London i played first at club 414 in Brixton then went on to play at and help organize not exactly legal parties at various venues around London(he,he). I became one of O.C.B..s regular Dj..s for a while and also played a couple of times for Techtonic at the 4 Aces in Dalston. After a while a small group of us started our own night in a very nice little spot in brixton which got called Evolve and i hope i can say brought a lot of enjoyment to quite a few people over the six months or so that we ran for. The last time i played out was just before i left London at The George 4th on Brixton Hill and havnt played out anywhere since. AND NOW IM BLOODY MISSING IT!
