About Me

The band members have known each other and have been producing music for years. They have often worked together under different projects and this time they have created something very unique. Who ever comes to hear there music say its great, although no one has of yet been able to describe what its like exactly. Close friends of the band have given up their spare time to help them produce some stunning visuals and videos, which can be seen when they play live. When they play its not just a gig its a performance, a show of decadent, gothic splendour. Which if I am honest about, everyone who see it takes something away from it.
Recently they have taken a break from playing at venues to produce their first album and one more EP. (Their first being Dirt and Bones and is available upon request from [email protected])
Their website is about to undergo a total revamp into a stylish, decadent butterfly. So keep checking back to www.mudtusk.com for this event and for any futher, more up to date information. In the mean time i will keep you informed via this site. If you wish to book this band for a gig send an email to [email protected] or send an instant message on here.

My Interests

Music:

Band Members: Mr K - Voice and Guitar,

Nino - Drums.

Joanne de la salle - manager (and runner of this page)

Influences:
On Influences: Everyone is influenced, by many things, but to those of you who feel a little lost that we don't list ours, let me explain. We don't consciously let what we like inform what music we play. I could list endlessly the works of music that I love and it wouldn't tell you a damn thing about what we do.We're trying to do something honest and inspirational for ourselves. Let those be our influences.
On Originality: It is STILL music though (allegedly), we don't claim to have invented a new art form. But we write our own lyrics to our own tunes, we do what comes naturally and we do it from the heart. We don't adhere to any prescribed guidelines for sound from any 'scene'. You won't hear what we do anywhere else.
So, if you do hear something that reminds you of something else, you can pride yourself on your powers of creative association.
Mr. K
