The Harris County Young Democrats is a group of young progressives (aged 14-40) from all walks of life who are dedicated to reclaiming the Texas Democratic Party's historic purpose of empowering grassroots Democrats to achieve a more just society. Our group is 50% political and 50% social. We meet monthly to discuss political issues and elections, as well as to volunteer for local campaigns and fundraise for local charities—plus we have fun doing it!
