Anyone who is struggling with obesity.. those who have conquered their weight problem or are currently finding their health again.. those who have friends and family that are victims of obesity.

Those who believe in fasting.. and those who don't.

Anyone who wants to help promote health and educate our ever-growing world of this epidemic that is affecting every one of us, yes, EVERYONE, even if you don't think it does, it does!

We are trying to improve the quality of life and health for millions of people around the world by educating the masses about a problem out of control globally, if you want to be a part of this movement, then you are who we would like to meet!
