Yoga + Dance = LOVE . . . and India is where my heart is.

I'm a belly dance artist - I'm also trained in jazz and modern (those came first, from childhood until a few years ago . . . then belly dancing took over). I practice a lot of yoga (EVERYDAY! You take practice and all is coming . . . ) and a lot of pilates. Moving all day, every day to beautiful sounds created by people connected to things greater than themselves . . . Life is good.

Yes, please! (Especially if it's live - or has a wicked dj or BOTH jamming together or having a battle, or all that at the same time (!!) - and there's a dance floor and/or a stage) and it's loud and thumping so much so that i feel it in my bones . . .

yoga classes

I start teaching an Intro to Ashtanga Yoga class at Flow Fitness (flowfitness.ca) starting Wednesday, January 9 at 6pm. It's an ongoing class.Looking forward to seeing some of you there.
