Short Bio:
Demonolith, originally Veral Dominae, is a Modesto, CA based band with an original sound. They are both Death, and Thrash metal, with a bit of Black Metal influence. Veral Dominae consisted of Sean Walusko, on Lead Guitar and Vocals, Mathew Howe on Bass and Vocals, and Ryan Dupree on Drums.
Joshuah Jones joined nearly a year after the band formed, and replaced Matt on Bass, who had moved to Rhythm Guitar instead.
Time passed, and the members musical interests began to change, along with personal situations that didn't allow the band to continue on.
Both Matt and Ryan left the band, moving on to focus on family and school.
Once the Rhythm Guitarist and Drummer were gone, Sean decided to make a change and start out fresh. He, along with Josh, changed the name from Veral Dominae to Demonolith, and began recording new songs to finish up the album.
Sean, taking over for both Matt and Ryan, recorded the Vocals, Lead and Rhythm Guitar, Drums and Programming, and Keyboards. Josh still kept to the Bass Guitar. They were joined by fellow ZOMBIE DEATH STENCH member, Jason Rossetti, who played the solos featured on the album.
Now that the first album, Grotesque Bestial Fury is complete, the members can focus solely on writing new material for the next album.
Demonolith is definitely a band to watch.
