About Me

In early November I released my first solo album. "Balance" was inspired by many sudden and welcome changes. She's a collection of memories new and old. These songs were written between 2000-Oct.2007. Spiced with tales of happiness, sorrow (not to much though), being broke, old lovers, NEW love, getting down and feeling right, repeated mistakes and lessons learned. I recorded it at my house (using Garage Band) and played all the instruments. Although often frustrated by my lack of computer know how, the making of "Balance" was one of the best times of my life. Thanks to Derek for "First Time" and Greg for his dynamic singing here and there. And it looks amazing. Thanks Bryan. The release party at Good Records was a complete success. My brother Derek, Paul, Chris, Jason, Greg, and Ricardo helped me perform the disk track by track. SWEET HARMONY!Balance Review from The Fine Line, thanks CindyI've played out a couple times a week since May, after the dissolve of Until They Arrive. Working on dates to take my show on the road repeatedly in 2008. ------- In July 2007, Dustin Morris Greenstar Band was formed by members of prior bands Third Floor Art and Mister Greenstar. Surrounded by top notch players, we push out indie rock, power pop and soul. A couple of the tunes from "Balance" are also in the Greenstar set list. Thank you for all your support this year. Next year will be a trip. Cheers- Have a listen to my band will ya?
