So here's a generic 'get to know me' paragraph:
Hi, my name is Phillip Drake. I am a working stiff at Lowes, and a devoted husband and father all the time (did you hear that Erin?). I am also devoted strongly to music and the power it has on people. I play guitar, drums, piano, bass, sing, and some harmonica (workin on it). I like to make short films, music videos, and documentaries in my spare time. I DJ weddings, get togethers & whatnot for x-tra money, so locals, book me! Check out my Coastlife Entertainment page, see my video work. I am from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. After Katrina hit, my wife, 2 kids, and myself moved up to Aurora, IL to get away for a spell. Well the spell went poof and we moved back home to the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

The Zombie Survival Guide (this book is amazing!), Lord of The Rings Trilogy, The Hobbit, Jurassic Park & The Lost World, Million Dollar Baby, novels adapted from the screenplay of movies (the best way to find out if the movie sucks), The Han Solo Trilogy, Shadows of the Empire, Savage Sam, the Bible, Jesus Freaks vol. 1, and the manual to my Canon GL-2!!!

Heroes:

Anyone helping in the Hurricane Katrina Aftemath, your love for us goes beyond words. OUR soldiers, National Guard, policemen, firefighters, ambulance drivers, ordinary people that stand up for what they believe in (as long as it doesn't kill anyone or piss off America), school teachers, and my dad.
