I invite you to sit back and relax because your taste buds are about to go on a heavenly ride!Growing up on the South Side of Chicago, enjoying all of the great local cuisine, prompted my lifelong dream of one day owning and operating my very own restaurant. I have been in the food industry for 18 years, which really means that my dreams have gotten bigger and my cuisine has “grown up.†I’ve been involved in all facets of the food service industry, from being a Sous chef to head chef, in addition to working "front of the house" operations. I graduated from the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago and I’m also a licensed City of Chicago Food Service Manager. Presently, I serve as the Executive Chef and owner of my catering company, "GOODEEZZ". I can be spotted around the Chicagoland area in my GOODEEZZ customized heated vehicle serving up the best Jerk Chicken and my signature BBQ Chicken Tips which is a "NO PORK" product. My food is considered gourmet with a touch of American, Caribbean and Southern influences and I also specialize in Low and No-carb cuisine.I have been branching out from catering to become a part of the Private Chef industry, and am currently working for a few private residences.
