Imagine you can make your hobby your daily job, isn't it wonderfull? Since I was a young boy I always enjoyed to be in the kitchen every time my mother was making us our daily meal. I don't know why I didn't go to cooking school in my Highschool period, I guess I wanted to do something else with my life... Wrong!!! After a Few years I finally decided to go off to work in the kitchen, and I've never regretted my choice at that time. Being a Kitchen Chef I enjoy the everyday ritual of preparing a daily meal, presenting my guests the best quality of food I can find. If you enjoy a good night out, is there a better way to start the evening with a great mixture of flavours and textures, assembled in a dish that looks so nice you hardly dare to touch it? I love my life... But keep in mind that behind that kitchen wall we're just a bunch of hardworking guys...Tasty!! S
