Garden in spring

1996 - Five Bocholt (Germany) based musicians have come together in order to elevate their mutual vision of an intricate garden landscape to a musical level. The result of which is the debut album "Bluebooks Screaming Tune March" on which the young ensemble present a line-up of songs that won’t be able to be placed in any of the typical national musical categories; not at least without a little effort. The main musical characteristics of ‘Garden in Spring’ are prolific song structures and a satisfying portion of pathos. The five performers draw on the influences of progressive rock bands such as Psychotic Waltz or King Crimson. Amongst others Garden in Spring have presented their musical constellation live as the support act for the virtuoso guitarists Ines Sibun and Rob Tognioni. .. ..
