Shuga

I grew up in Ft. Myers, FL and went to college at FSU in Tallahassee. After taking a year off, I started Grad School at FGCU back in Ft. Myers in 2003. As of 2006, I graduated with my Master's degree and finally decided it was time to enter the real world. I just finished up my first year of teaching 3rd grade, and thankfully I survived :) Whoever said teaching was easy was WRONG!! But, after all of the extra time and effort put in, I now know another reason to love what I do-- summers off! Believe me, it is well deserved! We are currently living near Orlando and love it here. Luke and I love to travel -- lately we've been to North Carolina, Ohio, Illinois, Atlanta, Key West, Miami, and California (take a look at some of our pictures at http://www.djlucas.us/pictures.html). We're always looking forward to more trips to see new places and try out new things. There is always something to do here in Orlando, so we keep busy all the time.
