About Me

My name is Amy K. Murray. I am a BBW actress, singer, dancer currently located in Los Angeles. The last project I was part of was Sister Act the Musical. The music was written by Alan Menken, lyrics by Glenn Slater, book by Sheri and Bill Steinkellner and directed by Peter Schneider. I had the honor of playing the part of Sister Mary Patrick (originated by Kathy Najimy in the movie). The show ran in Pasadena, CA and Atlanta GA. I just finished my run of Fat Girls the Musical which at the Nakano Theatre in Torrance, CA. It was a blast. I am currently working on writting a new Sketch Comedy Show called "Shut Your Cake Hole!"
